Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a career minded Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities of this key position include answering phones, responding to specific customer inquiries regarding our services, recommending appropriate programs, setting & entering appointments using scheduling software.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have

  • Demonstrated ability to handle heavy call volume (up to 3 lines).

  • Minimum 1 year experience in phone sales or in a call center environment.

  • Ability to multitask handling phones while performing data entry.

  • Excellent customer service skills. Should be able to maintain a friendly & professional phone manner at all times.

  • MS Office, experience with scheduling software is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
